Not a bad night at the office for team KS on the super promotion Domination on Saturday night with 7 wins from 9 matches. Young superstar Shannon Gardiner defeated the previously undefeated current and multiple IFMA gold medalist Kubra Kocakus from Turkey by unanimous points for the World Muaythai Council World Title. Nobody is as dedicated and works harder than Shan, I am positive she will successfully defend her title for a very long time against all comers. Bring it on!
Jordan the Wolf Godtfredsen again showed his brute power and class to knock out World number 7 ranked fighter Ryan Jakiri from the Philippines late in the first round with a brutally hard elbow to the jaw to take the World Muaythai Council Intercontinental Title. Ryan started well testing Jordan early with hard body shots but soon became another victim to Jordan’s power and ferocity.
Our very talented young KS trainer/fighter Prabsuek took out the Domination 4 man by defeating the super tough boys Zac Einerson and then Nathan Embleton in the final. Some think that Prabsuek was starting to fade in the final round after dominating the first 2 rounds in the final, just putting it out there that we will accept a 5 round fight vs Nathan anytime no problem.
Our team KS trainer/fighter Payak Samui came up short in a great battle with young warrior Lukas Sayer from Suay Mt. Lukas surprised a lot of people with his top class performance and provided a lesson to many, that you should never take a fighter from WA lightly as they are up there with the top regions in the world. Some think that Payak won the fight due to power of shots and damage done, but that’s not necessarily the way fights are won in Australia.
Team KS trainer/fighter Nid had a great fight against the very skilled and tough Issy from NSW, many thought Nid did enough to take the win but when it’s close it can go either way.
Our 3 up and comers on DDD had 3 great wins, Luca proved he is a young elbowing machine by defeating Samuel by points.
Trent continued his dominance with his second straight KO. A very powerful young fighter!
Raph had a technical battle against Sue Met and scored a punch 8 count in the second round to secure a tidy win. Top job boys!
Thank you to Kubra, Ryan, Lukas, Zac, Nathan, Ibby, Sue Met, Xavier, Samuel and crews for the tough fights and great work from all of team KS fighters and trainers Billy MT, Yo, Cedar, Payak Samui, Nid, Prabsuek, Brett, Jesse, Gabe and Darren in ensure our fighters were ready for war
A huge thank you to all of our KS family who came to support our fighters, we couldn’t do it without you.
