KIDS AND ADULTS - 6 YEARS AND UP - BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED

​

Focuses on boxing, fitness and fun.  This class involves hand pads, bag work, running/walking, body weight exercises  and sometimes we mix it up with ropes, steps and agility ladders.

​

Fantastic for fitness, weight loss and toning.  This class will get your heart rate up and sweating.  

 

Train at your own pace.  Great class for everyone.

​

10 years and up can do this class.  Great opportunity for parents and kids to engage and work out together.
